Just went through this, and Joey67 did too. You have a short water pump. That 2nd pulley is a short water pump PS pulley. You will need either a 3 or 4 groove crank pulley for short water pump to make that work. The short pump crank pulleys fit flush to the harmonic balancer. This is using the cast brackets.

After playing around in the WTB section for over a week I called summit and ordered their 3-groove chrome crank pulley P/N SUM-G3972. It should arrive mid-week and I will report back if it fits or not, but I am pretty confident that it will work great.
