All I can tell you is, it's a matter of choice. Your's in the end. I done a lot of reading on cats before I bought mine. I wanted the best and best flowing because of the way I have to run my exhaust. With the y-pipe going into one, I felt I needed the Randon Technology. They have done testing on these and when added to Corvettes, they never hurt HP, and actually increased it in some instances. Hard to believe though.

As I have said, you get what you pay for.

So, I guess it's up to you. A lot of help I know.
