Livrat has converted a dozen or more. He's in the Tukwilla area.

You can get custom complete or components from Jim Meyer. I got a price list from them once. I think a 2wd short bed frame with the ride height you specify was around $8,000. AirRide brings it up around $10,000 (gulp).
