That last part reminds me of years ago when my dad bought his SnapOn vise for who knows how much money.. just so he could effectively use it as an anvil as well as a vice- One of his buddies told him "You're never going to need to buy another vice." And it surely has been through a lot, with him beating on it, and me growing up around it- crushing spray bombs in it
