Are your shocks new? Did they come with the kit?

Some after market lifts ride pretty hard no matter what you do.

You could try some 3/4 ton shocks, they may handle the higher spring rates.

I once put 3/4 ton springs under a swb 1/2 ton and they totally over-road the 1/2 ton shocks (terrible ride) installed some 3/4 ton shocks and everything was good again.
