Thanks guy's for the comments on the panels. They weren't that hard to do, I think I could have broke them myself after I did it.
The grille is a stylin Grille if I remember right it's been about 10 years since I put it in.

After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.
