I am running stock shocks in the front. The rear are 3" lower with shock relocators, but my truck is bagged.

Look at the back of the spindle. If the spindle is at teh bottom, it's stock, if the spindle is more toward the middle, it's dropped.

Drop on the left, stock on the right:
