Bob, did you leave the core support on or take it off also? I plan on replacing my core support this summer(going to pick-up the replacement in 2 weeks). If you did what did you do with the radiator? Support it and leave it on or take it off? Let us now how long it takes to put it back together.
Tom, 20 minutes for the whole clip, I read the procedure in the chassis manual sounds fairly easy.

1981 K30, 350/465/205 dana 60 and dually 14 bolt. Has a G80, and a flat bed. Going to replace the flat bed.
1985 K20, 350/400/208 10 bolt and SF 14 bolt. I wonder where I can find some 1 tons. Hmmmmm
