Some people dropped by my shop yesterday and I was showing them the shortbed 4x4(keep in mind I only had the chassis in their view).One of the guys had just bought a 72 3/4 ton 4x4 btw.I told them that I went to the junkyard to haul off beer cans
and I came home with a truck....
Well,they asked what color it was,I told them,and one said "Thats probably that shortbed that sit in that one persons front yard with no motor for years".They said it was used as a mud truck,which I can belive since it has a sticker on the windshield saying it was entered in the 4 wheel jamboree.It was in a town about a half hour from here.I wish I could have seen some pics of it before it went to the junkyard and I bought it,but atleast I know now it has a better life than the previous owner gave it.
Just had to share...off I go to work on it now.
