If your wife is anything like mine, she wants you to keep it stock because she doesnt want you to spend all your money on it. Tell her that it would cost twice as much to restore it to origional than to make a neat little hot rod... It probably wont work but it sure is worth a try... Just go with the flow & see what it turns into...
