yes sir it will bolt right up if the truck it came off of had the same mainifolds and such and the same trans. The thing will be a pain in the rear to get in all in one peice but it can be done. why don't you like the glass packs?? anyways does it use a "Y" pipe or is it true duals? also there is a gasket off the manifolds. It is a doughnut style gasket.

good lick with it. as far as the bolts get em nice and tight to prevent leaks. And re adjust in a few weeks once it is setteled.
