Yes sir, it is overseas (Germany) but it isn't any different, or any more expensive that mailing to the state of NY. Just regular mail. I have nothing under the cowl of my truck. I guess in Texas they don't need 'em???
Or they messed them up when they removed them to repaint the cab. I'll send you a PM.
