well typicly defoggers use cool air "outside air" or a/c'ed air to defog windows so anything that blows will work. both vintage air and old air sell a blower motor that could easily be adapted. both sell the motor seperatly. if you feel the urge to do metal work you could use a stock blower motor and just install it inside the truck. this would take a bit of work but too each there own.
