I did mine by myself. Hyraulic jack and 4x4 wood blocks are what I used. I did them all one at a time and check with a tape measure periodically to make sure the cab didn't shift. When using a jack, keep your hands away from being between the frame mount and cab, in case the jack fails.

The front ones are a pain the ass because they have a spot weld from the bolt head to the cab floor. The back ones are real easy to swap (barring a lot of corrosion to lock 'em up.)
