The first thing to do is measure the distance between the frame rails and see if it lines up width wise with your frame. If it does, then it might not be too mush work. Otherwise, you could spend a lot more paying someone to fab it up than the $500 it would cost you for a drop spindle disc swap.

The engine and trans should bolt up without too much work into your existing frame. You might have to change the trans cross member but that's not too bad.
