I agree with the space issue, depending on the configuration, your seat may be at 90 degrees - not too comfortable.

Anyone with a stock tank that smells fumes has something to fix. A properly working OEM setup should have NO fumes inside the cab.

I don't see much to gain by going with a fuel cell inside the cab, unless the cell weighs less than the stock unit and you are looking to shave some weight
