275/60 on a 10" looks fine. Do 235/60 on the front to match.
I've had good luck with Superior. Thought maybe you were going to Mud Connection. Monroe's in Greenbrier charges $300 for a simple gear install. So Superior is right on par with your rear rebuild and setup.
