It will only need some slight clearance work to your tonneau cover!
I will have one all mocked up in a chassis this weekend and will throw a bed-side up to get some measurements.
It is set-up to have the bottom of the frame-rail (on the back-half) 17" inches from the ground at dump (that's with the framerails under the cab on the ground). That will allow up to a 31" tall tire... 22's with sidewall or a 24?.
I can make em with less depth... for those who don't want it quite so extreme.
