I installed a 454 in my 68. Went with a new aluminum radiator and electric fan. The electric fan and a small shroud is all I run and the cooling seems to work great. (I do live in the north, not too hot) I had to move the entire engine forward 1-1/2 inches and there was not enough space for stock set ups. I have a 2 inch body lift.
