I have a 2 wheel drive with headers (long) every thing in the back is the same for 4 wheel drive and 2 wheel drive so ill tell you what i did.

Its very simple really. I had them made at my exhaust guy. I havent really ever found anyone that makes them for the truck so i had them made hope this helps.

Hope i didnt sound like an A%# been sick and just thought it would sound funny.
