As far as what it does the name says it all. (spacer) to fix the problem your having and I think there is a hose attached to it not sure where that goes. It looks like a can with no ends and I'm not sure if there are different sizes/heights or not someone here will be able to help more I'm sure. And as stated before supporting this board will be the best 25 dollars you will spend on your truck. And I have never sold or recived anything from this site (OTHER THAN A GREAT WEALTH OF KNOWLEGE).
