The ones with the hole for the stabalizer are a solid steel shaft and have the tierod end made onto them on one end and an adjusting sleeve with a short tierod end threaded into it on the other end, correct?
Those are available new, (or was a couple years ago anyway).
My 72 has a hollow tube with threaded ends on each end for the tierod ends to thread into.
