I pulled the dash yesterday and stripped off two previous re-coverings and the factory vinyl and foam. The vinyl had a lot more crack than I expected. I rounded out some spots with body filler and I'm going to re-cover the dash.
Plans so far are, redo the interior, fix some minor body issues, put on a chrome front bumper and painted rear roll pan. Hopefully move the spare tire to under the bed and that's about it. Once that's all done I'm sure I'll find more to do.
