You need new door striker(s) (Zinc coated ones are best), and hinge bushings. As far as I know, you have to press the bushings out---Which requires unbolting the door from the body. I've only replaced my door strikers (Doors close much easier), so I am not 100% sure on the process or exact parts needed. Just trying to help.
P.S.-JC Whitney offers door strikers that are zinc plated.
