73-87 1/2 & 3/4 have a different offset in the bracket than 72 & older 1/2 & 3/4 due to the 73-87 spring pads are further apart on the axle. 73-87 1 tons have the same pad spread as 72 & older 1/2 & 3/4. So I'm thinking the 73-87 1 ton perches should work on the 72 & older. But I don't know if the bolt holes will line up, or if you would have to drill new ones. Anyone done this?

I'd just like to say 72 73 87 1/2 3/4 one more time
