A friend of mine just had a 30 X 40 put up on his property with concrete, 10' ceilings and two 10 X 8 rollup doors for $20,000. This included no interior fiishing. The building is metal with wood structure for a framework.

My garage was built in 1997 and it cost me $23,000.00 for a 40 X 40 shop, 12 foot ceilings, concrete, and three rollup doors (one was 12 X 10, the other two were 10 X 8). Mine is fully insulated and finished inside with the same metal as the outside. This also insluded the 20 foot wide approach pads.
