every inch you lower your truck you gradually make the rear end offcenter by the time its 3-4 inches dropped its a noticeable differance in the wheelwell clearance, the truck will still run and drive down the road fine, it just starts to look a bit goofey doin it// personally i've normally replaced with an adjustable bar on most trucks i've owned lowered or not just because the old ones were bent twisted and needed new bushings and i figured the new adjustable bar was a worthehile upgrade
