Building my own I had roughly $13,000.00 in it complete. 28' x 36' with a 6' overhang across the front and one side. Two doors (9' x 7') Man door and 3 windows. This included all concrete and foundation that I subbed out. All wiring and drywall was done by myself and is completely finished inside. If I had it to do over again though I would have went with taller ceilings all for the fact that I would love to have a hoist. Right now my ceilings are 9'. I will have to post some pics. Many, many ideas for garages ranging from a 1 car do-over to a massive pole barn you could get lost in, to garages that only Bill Gates could afford.
