No center caps on this guy, I couldnt tell you how many sets of steel wheels i have, but no lug nut covers or center caps
The instrument cluster worked, it has 197XXX miles on it, no tach. Cup holder I would take 25 shipped for.
I can tell you that the cluster will not work in your '90 model with out some changes made to your harness.
