I put it into full screen and did it frame by frame and from what i saw...

-Is in fact a step.

-it has the spare mounted to the side plus some wired framing in the bed.

-This is the tricky part, after closely looking at the front of the hood it looks like it has the slope of 67-68 and i think i can make out a turn signal on the fender.

So in conclusion, my edumacted guess would be a 1968 c/10 short step 2wd
