The passenger side saddles are the only difference. If you notice there are 3 holes in the top of the radiator support for the top radiator hold down (the middle hole is shared, either left bolt hole or right bolt hole depending), as well as two mount locations for the lower saddle mount in the bottom of the radiator support.
That is what makes up the 2" difference in radiator widths at the saddle mounts. The drivers side saddle mount location stays in same location regardless of I-6 or V-8...
