Ah, no worries. If you haven't bolted on the heads, I would put a little Lubriplate or GM EOS on the bores.

Yep, just squeeze it in the hole to be sure it's never dry. If it's an ARP bolt, then you should use ARP lube - anything else should be oil or Vasaline. You won't get proper torque with a dry bolt.
