If he wants to treat like a Barret Jackson show then do like they do and nit pick every little thing you can on the truck. Start at the front and work your way back making a list of things that are wrong with it. Then make an offer.
I still say go low no matter what the guy knows .... if he knows what its worth it wouldnt be sitting outside next to a barn.
