Running the same set-up on my truck. Although parts for the T-221 are not real common, I was able to find everything I needed to rebuild mine a couple years ago. It WILL leak, so keep an eye on the level of fluid in it.
Mine was an absolute PITA to shift until I rebuilt it. It has worked very smooth ever since. (Helped having all the shifter bolts tight)
