I haven't personally done the conversion from manual to power, but I've heard that the kits you can buy for the conversion are fairly easy to install. If you've gone to a salvage yard and bought power windows off another chevy truck of the same year, should be a no-brainer except for the wiring.
Hopefully somebody will chime in soon and give you some personal experience with this. Sometimes it takes awhile to get a good reply but hang in there.
