Hey I little insite on that crossmember and arms....It is a Bill Turner peice. I have the same on on my suburban. That is a pretty good deal for the parts. You should weld the Control Arm mount into the crossmember. Attached is a pic of a truck we did with those control arms. no dropped member. My suburban has a both!!!! I would make your own upper arms. If you don't want the crossmember let me know how I could get ahold of it!!!

If you want to use it you will need to switch out your ball joints to the correct ones to fit your spindles.
