mine came out of a 91 3500 series dually, the heads suck, it is basically a gas hog,w/ decent torque. with a cam and the usual bolt ons i was able to get a 100 hp out of it, now im up in the 330hp range. Its about all i can do w/ the small peanut port heads. The Gen. V-VI blocks are no way near as good as a Mark IV, which are 90 and older, their heads are not interchangeable, so you either have to go new after market, or GM Bowtie heads. as is it will light up 29x15.5x15 sportsmans from a stop, and in drive chirp going into 2nd, this is a LWB c10 and a stock TH350.

also when getting an older 454 know your numbers b/c people will try to pass off 366's as a 454 and a 366 is useless in getting high HP, but its good on the torque.
