the two middle bolts on a TBI engine are angles differently then normal, so you'll have to enlarge/modify the holes in the intake.
Everything else swaps over n/p.
Get everything from the doner FI vehicle: wiring harness, intake, TB, fuel tank/pump, all sensors etc.
