On question about lift kits - when lowering I've noticed folks try to use 2" more drop in the rear to level out their trucks, so I'd assume when lifting to level it out you need 2" more lift in the front. You already got 4" blocks in the rear, so that would make for some 6" front lift, so go with that, if truck ends up sagging in the rear you can either add a leaf there, or maybe take a leaf off the front.
