I understand the meaning, but if it really is such a saftey issue, why make exceptions? There have been trucks that fit in the loop-hole all along...law makers just aren't too sharp!....Oh, they think they are, but none of them live in the real world. How would they know anything about it?

I worked in a 4x4 shop back then, so I took off plenty of lift kits that I had installed.
