Kevin, It weighs 3200lb...and I don't know how to make any lighter...except a glass cab and doors.
The bedsides weigh about 35lbs each..the fenders weigh 20lbs each..hood weighs 35lbs. I put a lexan windsheid in...not much weight savings there.
The doors are real heavy...guess I'll get the plasma cutter out...lol
I have 36" long double adjustable ladder bars.
I ran 4 9.93's in a row on friday night. That was spinning bad in 1st gear...but atleast it spins consistantly...lol
