sounds like you have the right mindset. most of us buy a new vehicle thinking of what it will be worth when we trade it in in a few years.

maintenence , 'bout all you can do. stay ahead of the little chips , and rust etc.

look at all the places you have to fix on the old trucks, chances are that the new ones will have similar problems. just stay ahead of it.
