Kens 77 already has the later style a-arms & his blazer has an aftermarket Scott's IFS. N2Billets 'old' truck is using the old crossmember from Kens blazer so it's also all later model parts.
The front alignment 'dowel' is the one that seats into the a-arm shaft. It works on the early 60's shafts all the way thru the 87's.
Seat the front dowel & make sure the rear of the shaft tightens up flush @ the top of the shaft & the bottom of the 'cup' it's centered within.
