I'm guessing here but...
All 67-72 cabs are the same as far as fitting on the frame and pieces bolting to it (fenders, doors, seat, etc). But,... 67-68 have hand pull Emergency brake, 69-72 foot E-brake but, 72 has no rearview mirror mount (mount to windshield). I'm sure there are other small year or couple year only things, but, this is what I'm thinking are the noticable things.
But, I'm just guessing... Other more knowledgable member will correct me or elaborate on this...
