The throttle on the old cab is a rod instead of a cable, would be easiest to just stay with the rod since the firewalls are not the same.
The parking brakes are not the same, again, easy to stick with whats in the cab... you'll probably need cables from your donor truck
If you aren't getting a harness, you may have issues with your 72 harness fitting. The fusebox isn't mounted the same.

You'll find a butt load of little annoying things like that.
you'll need the mirror from the old truck, or to weld up the holes on the cieling.. .assuming the 67/68 cab was optioned acordingly
