The GMC trucks are funny, nothing like the chevys.
I agree that the small back window makes it a 67.
All GMC trucks had the 4 lamp grills... yours should say GMC in the center of the grill too... that's a 67 only piece.
There's a couple ppl here that know the GMC VIN codes... I'll give it a stab.
