You can cut the cowl for the hood hinges for a later model clip. Do a search, it's been done many times.

77-91 subs were available with power windows and all use the same door stampings. 73-91 will fit, but the door panels and some door internals are different from 73-76 and they did not offer power windows until 77.

Front seat yes. Rear seats in a crew cab are the same as a regular cab pickup.
