AS long as carb brand dont start with a H you will be fine! i had a 600 Edelbrock on a 305 and it ran great,but go9 for electric choke they are calibrated leaner,i even have a 600 and it runs better than the 750 on my 402.runs like a top,not lean or anything good freeway power,low end.A good working Qjet is a wonderful carb IF it works right,and the throttle bushings are good.
