Instead of cutting and crimping the injection lines you can unbolt them from the manifold and cap the holes with brass plugs. These brass plugs can be found at checker or autozone, you may need to ask about them because they keep them behind the counter.
Just remove the smog pump and replace the belt for the alternator. You may need to keep the bracket that holds the smog pump there so that the alternator still has the same attachment or you could fab something up like a spacer or something. I really dont remember if they are attached to the same bracket or not. I do not think they are but keep it in mind anyway.
Run a search about adding smog equippment in this forum and youll find another post I did for a guy which explained what he needed to get so that he could pass emissions. That will give you a good idea of what to do.
