GM did offer tilt steering columns in manual, floor-shifter equipped trucks. The 86 K-10 I just sold had tilt wheel, cruise control, and wiper control all on the column, with a floor-shifted 465. It was factory, and it was obviously not an automatic column. However, I do understand that it was a rare option.
